Vumatel and their service is horrific

So I get my fibre line installed after 5 months of waiting for them to fix my line on the pole outside. Great installers. However I have now waited for 4 days to have my fibre line to be configured. And everyday it's an issue of it will get done tomorrow. And still nothing. I cannot believe how horrible this service provider is and how long it's taken for this. I am a patient man. But to wait for 5 months for an installation and another 4 days for a simple configuration. I am livid!
