Vumatel and their POOR SERVICE

When I ordered fibre from Afrihost they said Vuma will come and install. But we had a broken ONT we found in our apartment so Vuma said they came and installed so you guys charged me R835 for that and after I cancelled to get a new order because Vuma had not technically come to install the ONT I was charged R999. After the re-order, This time around Vuma came and installed a new ONT yesterday (R469 was charged again) and the guy said you guys have to activate everything from your side. I still do not have access to internet because now your consultants say Vuma shows that the lease has expired so I have to wait till Vuma gets back to us bout the "expired lease". This has been a back and fourth since the 4th of January. And I have paid over R2000 for fibre that has not worked.
