Vumatel and their high prices, with no explanation from them or Axxess

I have asked them why their FIber prices is so expensive, more than other providers, They said comes from Axxess and axxess said thats the prices coming form Vumatel.

I am basically being kept hostage because they have the monopoly in my area?
