Vumatel and their false promises

Vumatel do not care about service, where I reside they do not have competition meaning that I don't have alternatives. I am thoroughly disappointed as they were no show on the first scheduled installation appointment and then their installation has not been successful since Tuesday till today. The worst of all is that you can't even get a straight answer from anyone you call, it's almost as if they do not know what to do or say in such cases. Now I'm.sitting with wifi that is paid for and not working and I have to pay my next subscription on 10 days time, how on earth is that fair? Can we have alternatives in the Norkem Park area of Kempton park please.
