Vumatel and the ISP Flycool suck. They won't help you. Their download speed leaves a lot to be desired.

I've been using Vumatel WiFi with Flycool as an ISP.for more than 8months. I have had the worst experience even the other people I recommended to use the complaining and even if I email a complaint they don't even send a technician to look into the problem. I've had buffering on my internet for the past two months or more with emails to prove and it still continues to this day. I can't even watch the world cup nore can my wife watch her soapies or U T. We've had to switch off the TV as it not worth watching. How do I get a refund on the payment done for the month of December as I've already paid and I want to leave the network to another network as those who left before me have done? They told me they are getting their money,s worth . Today is 29th November 2022 and I can't even watch the world cup on TV even with a LAN cable connected. I've also sent an email again for the upteenth timein the past months. I'm fed up of Vumatel. I recommend Telkom as I've been going to my friend,s house to watch the games and he does have the problem that I have
