Vumatel and Telkom might as well merge at this point

These guys are total idiots! When I got my fibre I added a mac filter but they locked their clients out of the settings so I can't add new devices to the network. What that means is if I got a new phone or just want somebody to be able to use the wifi they won't be able to even if they have the password. The issue number is ISP-213166. They did not even notify me that they s****ped the issue and won't bother fixing it. I even told them that they can just disable it and it would be fine but it seems they don't even know how to uncheck a ****ing check box to do it. Just google a tutorial or something please FFS or give me access to turn it of then lock me out again.
