Vumatel and SuperSonic Service not pleased

I have been battling with my fiber for a week and a half, instead of getting assistance after submitting a ticket on SuperSonic Customer page, I receive a bill for January, this week my connectivity has been the worst. No response back on my query. I am not sure whether to look for another service provider for better service.
