Vumatel and Supersonic

Im on month-to-month wifi contract with Vuma, Jul 26th I paid like I normally do and sent the pop to Supersonic to issue a voucher. To date I havent received anything from both Vuma and Supersonic, when I call both of them I being sent from pillar to post. The most irritating thing is that when I call Vuma customer service nobody wants to help instead the consultants are very rude they treat you like they do you a favour. Supersonic agent that was assigned to my case is ignoring me no response to any of my communication. All I want is for a voucher to be issue or I must be refunded.
