Vumatel and Nano Fibre pathetic service providers.

Pathetic service. I am regretting using Vumatel for fibre. The installation was done today by Nano Fibre, another pathetic service provider. The installation was scheduled for 10h00 and the technician rocked up at 09h39 of which I did not have a problem. We agreed on the installation and I went out for about 20 minutes. On my arrival the technician was almost done and most of the conduit was on the surface instead of trenched and the agreement with Vumatel was allowance for 30m trenching and conduit. The distance was less than 30m. The technician then mentioned he need to go to another client to inform them that he will be late for their install and would be back to complete mine. This was at 10h30, he only came back at 14h00 and did a shoddy job. During the time he left, I tried calling Vumatel and Nano Fibre and did not get any joy from them. Left messages for Marushka at Nano Fibre to call me and sent her emails as well. No response. Absolutely pathetic service. This must go to Wendy Knowler.
