Vumatel and Mweb Poor Customer Service

If I could give this company Zero stars, I would! I have been waiting for more than 40 days for assistance with Fiber services to no avail. I ordered through MWEB, whom has been waiting for Vumatel to get going with the request. How can it take so long ? This is ridiculous!
