VUMATEL and MWeb Not Connected

<p>Vumatel insatlled a fibre line on 5 July. They connected up their laptop to the line and it worked. I came home and took my cable out of my ADSL router and plugged it into the fibre line and nothing. </p> <p>I have spent a few hours on the phone since then with Vumatel and MWeb and I am still not connecting. They say they will call back but never do, I was told to get in a computer technician. He couldn't do anything either, so more money wasted. Vumatel say they won't leave your premsises until you are connected, but I'm not. They connected with THEIR laptop not my desktop machine. It is the same machine that I am currently connected to ADSL which works just fine.</p>
