Vumatel and MWeb are the worst service providers that create easy pay numbers then you pay but no service

Vuma and MWeb and making me and my husband stupid fools. We requested for an easy pay number and then mweb requested it from vumatel then mweb sent us the easy pay number. Then we made payment on the same day we got the easy pay number on the 27 th of Aug 2022... Even now my internet service is still off. We call same day and they advised they see the payment and the service is for 28 days and we moved to the prepaid service and it will be active within 24 to 48 hours we don't need to call back. We called after more the 48 hours thing no it's the weekend and they will do it on Monday first week of October 2022. Then we called in again then now we told the payment is not reflecting can we send proof of payment which we did many time via emails and even on the Vumatel Facebook messager. We are still not connected even now and they keep give stupid feedback that it will be fixed today but nothing. Mind you it's airtime to call this people. And the activation department is just full of **** and the sale department for existing customer. They have our money and they haven't resumed our services. I feel like a victim of theft by there two companies and I was just trying to be a loyal customer
