Vumatel and MWEB are the worst service providers!!!

MWEB is my ISP and Vumatel is my fibre internet provider and I have a problem with my Vumatel router, I called MWeb and I have not had any assistance besides 18 mins waiting to talk to there call center agent and Vumatel is refusing to help while they take my money. It’s such a discouraging to even call anyone to this fibre service because they take months to do things it took them almost 3 months to install the fibre when I was just about to give up they showed up now this?!!! Ay no maaan this is no way to do business honestly
