Vumatel and mweb

Vumatel has my internet down again for no reason, no outages in my area, and I spoke to Bulelani Mweb at 10:17 who told me that he cannot put me through to a supervisor because he is working from home but it will take 2 to 6 working days to have the matter resolved. He cannot give me the number for Vumatel because they will communicate with Vumatel and get back to me in 2 to 6 working days, so what must happen with me working from home and this is the second time this is happening in a space of 4 weeks it the worst service ever. There are no offices for Mweb and no offices Vumatel they have no empathy but they collect your subscription fees on time, if you want your internet to be down for 6 days at a time then use Vumatel and Mweb.
