Vumatel and it's bad service actually the worst

Every month we experience one and the very same problem after making payments to Vumatel the fibre will not work and may take up to 4-5 working days till it works and then we do not get to be refunded the days we lost yet after 28 days they disconnect us even though they gave us such poor service and when we send emails and call them we get no response this is just the worst service I have ever seen
