Vumatel and it's Agent are a ****

I was ****med by a Vuma Agent and Vuma is now saying they don't have details of their field workers.On the 2nd April 2024 She placed an Order and said I should send money for payments and I did. Till now no installation happened. I paid R1200 for Data for school whilst awaiting this order. All I want is my Refund. I am being told that this I should contact ISPs and ISPs are saying I should contact Vumatel. And the Agent said to me even if I can take the matter further I won't be refunded because Vuma policy doesn't allow refunds but since when are Policies above the Consumer Protection Act. I want this matter resolved soon. And if it's not attended to I will gladly open a case against the Agent and Vuma too.
