Vumatel and isp Voxtelecom order

please do not take anything from vumatel sales representative, this is the issue i am facing. in august i i filled my a form that i want fibre 2 months later no response i called afrihost and a day later they delivered the rooter a week later afrihost calls me telling me they can't process my order because i have a 24 months contract with vox and now i can't cancel the order because i am not listed with vox as a client and vumatel can't cancel a contract with me. Now i am stuck between an installer that looks for clients then pass them to their list isp while non of them don't wanna deliver a service.
