Vumatel and Hypa fibre are useless. Customer service is 0.0 they take 72hrs to assist with queries regarding WiFi issues. I work from home and this is a huge inconvenience. They never call to check if the issue was resolved and they take long to respond to questions. Rather pay for something you know you will definitely get, not this on and off WiFi. Haven’t had WiFi since Sunday and today is Wednesday. They told me to wait for a technician and no one knows when is this person coming. I was told I need to wait for another 72hrs. Thats going to be one week of no wifi and spending more money to get data so that I can work.
