Vumatel and hypa fiber poor service

In my whole life I have never received such a terrible service from any company.

They have re schedule me for 21 March 2024 for maintenance and they did not come ,no one called me to cancel or reschedule.

Even now I should be the one doing follow up and find out when are they coming for installation .they do not care about customers, they only call when I send the review on hellopeter and after they don't fulfill their promises.

I do not know whether this company has people working there or they all robots.
