Latest update, still struggling to get my refund after a month of back and forth. Both Vumatel and HYPA are not bothering with assisting me. To show that they are not willing to help, they haven't even logged my case and I can't get the case in order for me to take them to small claims court. I am definitely going to escalate the matter solely because of their lack of customer empathy.
