VUMATEL and HOME-CONNECT dont assist customers
My ISP os Home-Connect , and I have also logged a complain with home-connect . Home-connect mentions that Vumatel is not getting back to them To sort out my escalation, . My problem has been logged from Monday and till today Vumatel does not respond to sort out my line or issue.
Where is the customer service service and customer centric approach , Vumatel just don’t care about asssisting customer
Please help someone
