Vumatel and Cool Ideas - Where is our Internet?

We have had no internet connection after 9pm for a week. Every day we have to reboot the router several times as the line is very unstable and keeps cutting out. Our ISP Cool Ideas keeps telling us that it's a Vuma issue and that they are reporting the issue to Vuma but nothing has been done. I see on a Grouo Chat that many others in my street have the same issue. Seems to me that these service providers just can't deliver the services they promise and we pay for.
