Vumatel and cool ideas lack of technical expertise.

They changed my isp from cool ideas to mweb without any authorisation for no reason at all. I was without internet for 12 days as kept closing the ticket from my isp cool ideas as line was up and running. No one had the technical ability at vumatel and even at cool ideas to see the problem. Cool Ideas couldn't see that when you log on it said mweb not cool ideas, vuma could not see that even though there line was up it was connected to mweb but it was cool ideas issuing the ticket. Vumatel would not deal with me told me I had to go to my isp. Cool ideas despite a request for their manager to call me as call centre people were useless it took 9 days many threats for a manager to call and then 2 days before vuma contacted cool ideas. 12 frustrating days of absolutely the worst service ever. Now the fight is on to try and get a credit for the down time.
