Vumatel and cell c

Vumatel and cell c is just the worst service ever to join with Fibre, we signed up with cell c 2 weeks ago, we received our login details and username and password we connected without internet, I've restarted I've called I did everything that I could think of.....the technician came out changed the rooter.....only to find out that apparently the fault is with vumatel its a system challenge everytime I need to call into to cell c to ask what is happening nobody from cell c or vumatel is contacting us to update us on what is happening.....I work from home and I'm pleading for help and for this connection to be sorted the service is just bad bad I wish I can cancel, but we fall under vumareach so this will be the problem should we go with someone else.....myself and my husband spent so much money on data just to be connected I feel that everyone is just ignoring us.....when I call I just hear they are working on it it's 2 weeks already that we are connected without internet
