Vumatel and capitec
Vumatel and capitec bank has been giving me the run around I paid for my fiber package the 31december 2023 ....my wifi has been off since the the date I paid ... the amount has been subtracted from my account but vumtel is saying they havnt received my payment via capitec app and easy pay . Nor was the money reversed back into my account ... the bank I am banking with says that can't help me get my money back from easy pay can you please advise me what to do

17 Jan 2024, 15:03I have been in contact with home connect for 3 weeks I've been given the run around home connect told me that they are only a third party and I should contact easy pay .... easy pay said that the problem does not lie with them it reflects directly into home connect .I must get proof of payment wich I did send then home connect told me to contact vumatel but wen I go on vumatel web site I get home connect details so who's fooling who ... I was also told that we shouldn't pay Vai easy pay bt home connect sends me the reference number for me to pay Vai easy pay wich iv been doing since June/July 2023 since i use vumatel .... I just want my money back so I can use another service provider
