VUMATEL and AFRIHOST Refuse to pay back my money.

I have been waiting for a refund for a month when they took my money but no service was provided, I have been back and forth for the duration of July, it is almost the end, no correspondence, no nothing.

All they do is take your money and then provide no service. I have been on the phone with the ISP provider Afrihost.com, and they only hire people to answer the phone. None of them can do their job properly.

All they do is give empty promises and ***** your money.

I am leaving this as is, because you have been blatantly *****ing my money and ghosted me when I ask for answers, I have waited the time out and still nothing. I will take this further if nothing is being done.
