Vumatel and Afrihost ****py service and seemingly ***********.

So I migrated my fibre line to a new address with my ISP Afrihost... They told me my area has Vumatel active despite also Metrofibre being there they pushed me towards Vumatel.. Now its been full week for Vumatel just to provision my line and Afrihost to activate me... All I keep getting from Vumatel is "We have escalated to our installation department" like guys whats taking so lobg I have all the infrastructure in place gave them all the info they need vut they just aren't doing their work.

This is costly especially because I have to work from home now I am spending more on data.
