Vumatel and Afrihost ****py Fibre.

Terrible service. Signed up for fibre beginning of May. Took the 40/10 package and literally only received that rate for the first 2 weeks (not exagerrating). On a good day I get 10mbps download. That 10 megs is so spotty, I can hardly game online as it keeps dipping.

For four months now, I've been paying full price but getting a fraction of the speeds! The Afrihost whatsapp helpline is not much help either. I have the screenshots to show just how "assisting" they are. The problem lies with vumatel since they've admitted via sms that they're experiencing difficulty in our area. I honestly don't give a damn about your issues when I'm being made to pay full price for an almost non-existent service. Discount the rate then if you can't provide the full speeds!!

I'm going to get 5g sorted later this week and then will cancel. People should avoid vumatel and Afrihost. ****py fibre service. Over promised and under delivered.
