VUMATEL AND AFRIHOST HAVE PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO HELP AT ALL !!!

I paid for Fibre on the 3rd of December. Installer came through on the 6th I requested a connector at my Second entrance for personal reasons. Installer log ticket with Afrihost , everyday I called there was no assistance just more tickets created . Eventually a month later the installer comes after a million phone calls to Afrihost and puts the driveway cables and dissapears. I called in on the 10th of Jan they escalated, 11th my ticket was canceled! 12th another ticket was created and was canceled on the 13th by installer! This is absolutely pathetic service I've told them we have to constantly load data it is costly! We have unsatisfied kids on school holidays no wifi no Netflix! It is frustrating !!!! Everyday it's "sorry we will escalate or someone will call you " NOBODY CALLS ME !!! I WILL NEVER REFER AFRIHOST AND VUMA TO ANYONE !! WASTE OF MY TIME AND ENERGY!!
