VUMATEL and Afrihost becoming fat lazy cats

It has been 2 months now waiting for a team to connect up the fibre cable to the router/modem

As a streamer I need this line. The fiber was layed out to the house. But after 2 months of waiting on the splicer. It seems that another VUMA person removed fibre cables unnecessarily.

Now I got to wait again for the cable layout group and splicer :(

No feedback from Afrihost or FUMATEL to say we got you and that you are important as a customer.

This is in Bredell area.
