Vumatel and Afrihost Bad service providers

2 days without fibre WiFi and all you get is apologies from the ISP Afrihost no actual time line of re connection. What do you do if you work from home and you need fast WiFi like Fibre. Many telephone calls later still no connection. Please I do not recommend this company Vumatel or Afrihost.
