Vumatel and Afrihost Bad Service

After signing a Fiber contract between Vumatel and Afrihost it has been more than 6 weeks with no sign of a installation. After a number of calls and e-mail still no joy. Promises of calling you back and resolving the issue has also been as empty and the cookie jar in a orphanage. At this stage even Telkom offer better service.
