VUMATEL and Afrihost are useless. Next time try OpenServ or Telkom

This is the worst service I have experienced this decade. Vumatel is like Telkom 20 years ago. I ordered through Afrihost to get a fibre line to my apartment, after waiting for 3 weeks their Technician came to my apartment to asses whether there is connectivity and disappeared. I called Vuma and was informed that the installation was cancelled because the Technicians couldn't get to my apartment, which was a blatant lie as I personally gave their Technicians access to our complex. The installation was rescheduled and after waiting for 2 days the Technicians eventually came, only to find that process is divided in to two phase. The first phase is the physical installation (as they put) and the second phase is technical installation. Between the physical and technical installation you literally have to wait three days, of which I was only informed about the three days after following up calling their support centre that is answered largely by arrogant agents. To add salt to the wound you when you try the ISP (Afrihost) they are just as useless
