Vumatel and Afrihost are de*****ing the unemployed and poor people of South Africa

Vumatel and Afrihost are a ****. They de***** people of their money. I ordered a fiber package, which could not be installed because there is no infrastructure in my building even though there is coverage. I asked for a refund after cancelling my package and gave them all the required documents. Instead I am told that they won't refund me because I gave them a "PDF proof of payment from my bank" instead of a "screenshot" from PayFast or an email from PayFast, which I do not remember receiving.

They are using any excuse that they can find to not pay me. I am unemployed, and yet they still want to ***** from me. I wanted this deal because I thought I could teach online, and now I do not have a job and they took the little money that I had.

Vumatel is aware that they do not give me any service or have never given me any service during their entire existence; then why can't they refund my money, which my bank proves went through?

And to make matters worse Vumatel does not take calls, Vumate does not respond to emails. Afrihost responds with useless responds and they act like victims in all of this.
