Vumatel and Afrihost

Vumatel consultant by the name of Phumeza called me to advertise fibre offers, I made an order for fibre to be installed at my house and she told me I must pay the amount of R399 at Makro, Ackermans, PEP, Pick 'n Pay , Boxer. I paid the amount of R399 at Makro. The lady said she placed an order and gave me the VR number which is VR-*** which she said SP is going to be Afrihost. To my suprise when I enquire about the installation, they said (Vumatel and Afrihost) I'm not on their system. The consultant who assisted me (Phumeza) placed an order for the wrong person and they making excuses for refunding me my R399. I need my money!!!
