Vumatel and Accelerit Continously disappointing

I’ve cleared my schedule to be able to accommodate Vumatels engineers tomorrow. This is after what feels like endless conversations with Accelerit and Vumatel. All I am trying to do is move my account to another physical address. The line has already been installed. All the details have been ironed out.

The day before the scheduled appointment vumatel calls to let me know they cannot come. 16:30 is at the end of COB and they are supposed to arrive at 11:00 tomorrow and now they will not pick up the phone. How can one rely on this company? Let alone Accelerit who has hardly been helpful in this process at all? Are they not supposed to liaise with Vumatel Irrespectively?

I am extremely frustrated and irritated. I was initially told that this would be a quick and seamless process. Many days later, I am still unable to do work that I need to and have paid to do.
