Vumatel amd Vodacom Fibre Are Pathetic!

Vodacom Fibre, along with the infrastructure provider Vumatel's service is appalling. Broken promises are the order of the day, nonchalant staff telling you your matter is being escalated will leave you beyond frustrated! I would understand if I didn't pay, they would simply cut me off, but I did pay and no one will even try ensure that service is uninterrupted, just empty promises. Stay away from Vodacom Fibre and Avoid Vumatel, after they get tour money, they don't care what happens.

If I could give 0 stars, I would still ask for them to allow me to take away stars!
