Vumatel amd Vodacom equally useless

So I have use Vumatel in my area for Fiber connection, since they are the only service provider. What a useless bunch of people. First they send un *********** installer, then they activate my line so my Vodacom Internet access is stopped via the ****le. The installation was faulty and was immediatly reported as such. A week later and i still have no internet access. Tried various times via Vodacom to sort it out but they are equally useless. Stay away from Vumatel and Vodacom, they cannot deliver customer service!!!
