Vumatel always down

I've had more down time on the fibre connection in the last week than I was able to work.

First time they said it was only on my connection later after several attempts to find out what is going on they said no was an area issue, and the day after went down again and they said they are investigating the issue came back up and today I'm offline again - was even told the technicians is in my area already working on the issue and would need to be onsite as well so I made sure to cancel my appointments as I rely on internet for my work and no body showed and also no feedback.....
