VUMATEL ALWAYS DOWN!!!

Hi Its been 5 days AGAIN with NO internet Service

Mweb stated the issue is with VumaTel - I am not surprised as my entire family living in different suburbs across Johannesburg is experiencing issues with VUMATEL and POOR fiber connectivity

HOW long does it take to despatch a Technician to my grandmothers residence ?

She lives in a retirement home and can’t pay one account online because of VUMATEL!

IF you unable to resolve this by COB Monday 07 November 2022 let us know and we will terminate our contract with you as this is happening regularly and Fiber is constantly down in her area
