Vumatel - Almost a week to activate my line!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT

Its been almost a week that i cannot activate my line. There are no numbers to contact them to find out whats happening. All providers have to log a ticket to get ahold of them which is really annoying. I work from home and this is affecting my job. The next time i move properties i will make sure that i have another option other than Vumatel.
