Vumatel is completely useless, they don't cancel previous tenants isp, and expect you to do their work for them, first of all if the tenant is no longer living there and a new tenant requests the box why must that new tenant call the old tenants isp to cancel their line, secondly their customer service is pathetic, I am so sick of their excuses.

30 Sept 2019, 12:21With regards to the high number of renters, is it not possible to set up a query line with the providers themselves using the address that the tenant has moved into, therefore not revealing any information and still being able to help, or would rather have no one using those boxes and going with LTE?
