Vumatel-Afrihost wifi outage at residence
Our wifi connection is off since 20th of January. Logged numerous calls with Vumatel and Afrihost. The responses was from an apology to blameshift from ISP Afrihiost to Vumatel and blatant rudeness from the Afrihost agent with the last call. We are paying for NO service due to outage of wifi and lack of wifi connection Shame on you Vumatel and Afrihost Please restore the wifi connection which are paying every month. Some neighbors lines is active and some is down This is NOT the first time we are without wifi connection .

I don't understand how can vumatel give an excuse of safety reasons but was at my neighbour's house to fix the line.
