Vumatel & Afrihost poor service
Vumatel installed my fibre line 2 weeks ago on 26 jan 2019. The installer advised that it would take 24hrs before the line would be active. I should just monitor the PON light on the fibre box and once it stops flashing its ready. Its been 2 weeks now and even after following up with the installer and afrihost nothing. Not even feedback. Very poor service and turn around times. Fibre is fast but to get it installed takes obviously forever. Please can you guys sort this out as im now at a point where im ready to cancel the whole service
