Vumatel & Afrihost BAD SERVICE!

Bad Service!!! I have had a non working wifi fibre hardware for the whole month since it has been installed. This whole time I have not been connected, no one follows up.. They are taking me back and forth. THEIR SERVICE PROVIDER AFRIHOST is now charging me for something I have not used.
