Vumatel, Afrihost - BAD SERVICE

We cancelled with MWEB and moved to Afrihost (both these companies service is also terrible) this means that Vumatel had to migrate from one ISP to the other. We had perfect internet on 31 October, then MWEB released the line and since them Vumatel can't find the fibre product. How do you explain that? Everything was fine on 31 October? We've been struggling since 1 November. All Afrihost is saying is that they sending tickets to Vumatel. Clearly Vumatel is not doing much as all I receive from them is an email to say migration failed. Afrihost just shrug their shoulders and sends another ticket. So the process is just repeating itself over and over and no-one is sorting out our problem.
