Vumatel activation

I paid my wifi account on the 2nd of June they told me it was going to be activated within the next 72 hours, I waited till thrusday and called again as my wifi is still off, then they said it was going to be active on Friday, then they said it was going to be active on the Saturday, I called again they said it was going to be active today, they have been sending me back and forth some even ended the call as I made a complaint. I am very frustrated to not have my wifi available after paying, some told me the activation failed but they deducted my money anyway
