Vumatel - A no show

Having no internet has become a norm unfortunately. I have been without internet since Friday 5pm and guess what that is when they close for the weekend making it impossible to contact them directly. I called my ISP to log a complaint, Vumatel was informed. Received a call from Vumatel by Saturday 9am - someone will be sent today. Received a 2nd call on Saturday 2pm, when answering nobody answers back, bt because they're closed on a Saturday I couldn't call back and nobody bothered to call back either. Vumatel was a no show Friday, Saturday and Sunday!!!! This is the umpteenth time I have been left without internet for days on end costing me a heck of alot of money i should not be spending. It's strange that this is the 3rd time my Fibre connection is lost on a Friday! I live in a complex and I am the only 1 experiencing these outages, I cannot understand. It seems the only way they pay attention is to go the social media route - disappointing and unfair.

I was called today at 08:52am and 11:30 with the promise of receiving an ETA, nobody has come back to me. I have been calling Vumatel, tried all departments, nobody answers the phone! And ofcourse now that it's 5pm, Vumatels line is closed again! This is beyond frustrating.

I have been calling since early this morning to get an ETA, I finally got through to someone to be told that a man by the name if Justin will give me a call soon. Nobody has called me!!!!! I have been trying all your departments, I get put through to maintenance and not 1 single time has my call been answered. I am still without internet and Vumatel is not assisting at all!!!!!!

I am waiting since Friday! Everyday brings new empty promises. We were told Justin will come out today and call us with an ETA. This is totally unacceptable.
