Vumatel a joke

Vumatel a joke! For 5 days i have waiting for them to repair my fibre. They keep on closing the ticket. Then last night they close it again and send me a feedback form and guess what they had the wrong ticket and wrong house under my name. STILL NO FIBRE and now a new ticket logged. Worse company ever
