The worst ****in service ever !!!!!!!!!!!! Paid for the service on Friday , and it's still suspended. Why ?? Only God knows. Agents are quick to close the chat, their waiting time on the phone is insane , they don't even have a toll free number!!! They don't care about customers at all , I heard Rain is better. I want to cancel this nonsense subscription and move to a company that actually gives a **** about its customers.

The only thing they tell you is escalations. What a ****in circus! To say I'm ****ed would be an understatement.
